In the “Self-Aware Child” class, students practice a variety of meditation techniques and
discover the benefits of having “alone” time. Through meditation exercises, students
develop strategies for being in charge of their emotions and in control of their minds.
The class is taught in small groups or as a school assembly and includes:
• Fun games to stimulate the mind.
• Engaging stories to guide students through a peaceful journey for relaxation.
• Meditation practices that can be implemented at school or at home.
• A customized class that is appropriate for different ages and experience levels.
By the end of the class, students will feel calm, serene, and inspired. They will have new
tools for building self-confidence and dealing with strong emotions like anger and anxiety
