 Here I enclose some theory on the present perfect tense, countable and uncountable nouns, 

some/any  and some exercises for practice, and finally, a listening activity in which you'll use 

the structures I mentioned before ....hope you all do well!

  I met Pamela in 2013.                                              Past simple

I have met a lot of people at the club .   Present perfect

         Subject + Has /have + past participle (the third column)

I met Pamela in 2013.

 I want to say WHEN exactly I met her. (2013)

I have met a lot of people at the club.

 I want to emphasize the EXPERIENCE I’ve had.  (I’ve made lots of friends!)

 Here are some more examples:

I have read many Shakespeare’s plays in my life. ( it doesn’t matter WHEN,it matters that I KNOW Shakespeare!)

I read Romeo and Juliet when I was 14.  ( I want to say WHEN I did)

I lost the keys yesterday.  ( It’s important for me to say WHEN)

I have found them ! (The important thing is the RESULT: look! I’ve got the keys!)
